Redirect bug

When I have this plugin enabled (which I don’t now), my posts from the year 2013 (e.g. http://colintedford.com/2013/05/23.0722-summer-in-headville-p-1/) redirect to http://colintedford.com/2012/11/30.0859-birthday-book-cover/, which has the shortlink number 2013. I haven’t seen it happen with other years yet.
