Redirect – Before I Begin

I am preparing to change permalinks. I have 80 pages established. Do I need to enter each page current permalink (ie., ?page_id=1121) followed by the new permalink structure ( %postname% ) for each of my 80 pages? Or do I just enter the old permalink structure (i.e., ?p=123) and then the new structure ( %postname% ) ??
