Just an update to say that I realised that I has mis-assigned the roles I was testing with, so I have partially fixed this. However, it seems I’m only able to apply this for one user role, not for multiple user roles. I had set up three redirection instructions, as shown in the screenshots here and here. The first one works, but the second and third do not.

I would advise that you double check if each rule has different/appropriate role assigned (you can edit them from the redirection rules list);
Try it out with the adequate WP accounts (proper user roles).
Also, you can forward your rules list by clicking on “Export list” button, that will download the file, which you can forward via mail to support at redirection dot pro, so we can check it out in detail on a test site.

PS Just to add that I am temporarily using another plugin called ‘Role Based Redirect’ to achieve what I need. I would prefer to use only your plugin in order to minimise chances of code conflicts in the future, so will still welcome your help in resolving this.

Hi Robin, though the team is eager to check out the issue on your side in depth, we are unable to do so with more information, as mentioned earlier. In our repeated tests with Custom User Roles, redirections are working properly. However our team will further investigate and if we find anything out we will include fix in next release.
In case you reconsider, feel free to open a new thread.
