I’m having the same issue, landing on a 404 page after purchase.
LearnPress version: 4.2.7.5.1
Theme: Coaching version 3.8.5
Payment: PayPal
Custom slug: order-confirm
Hi everyone,
Thank you for your patience.
We’re happy to announce that we’ve addressed the issue causing the 404 error after purchase in the latest LearnPress update, version 4.2.7.6. Please update LearnPress to this version and test the checkout process again.
If you continue to experience any problems after updating, please don’t hesitate to let us know.

Unfortunately, after the upgrade, the Buy Now is not working anymore. It keeps showing the loading GIF along with an “Undefined” error in a red framed box underneath.
I rolled back to previous version, as I don’t currently have the time to disable and troubleshoot all my plugins.
Hi patriciava,
Thank you for your feedback and for trying the update.
We’ve conducted tests with LearnPress versions 4.2.7.6 and the latest 4.2.7.7 using the Twenty Twenty-Five theme and haven’t been able to reproduce the error you’re describing. This suggests the issue might be specific to your setup, potentially related to theme or plugin conflicts that are difficult to diagnose in this forum environment.
Due to the limitations of this forum and the need for more in-depth troubleshooting, we kindly request that you open a support ticket on our official support forum. This will allow us to gather more specific information about your setup and potentially access your site (with your permission, of course) to debug the issue directly.
Please visit and click on the “Support” to create the ticket. Our support team will be happy to assist you further and find the root cause of the problem.
Thank you for your understanding!
Best regards,
Brianvu-tp
Happy to update, that it seems to be working now.
After upgrading to the new version, the library was gone from Chrome browser. I disabled all plugins, it re-appeared. I re-enabled all plugins and it has been working since. Not sure what the error has been but I’ll take it.
