Redirect after login

    Hi everybody!
    I’m having this problem, wonder how to fix it: We have a site with controlled access – user has to login to see staff. We use Private-Only plugin.
    Later we send member a link in email for one of pages http://mysite/boo/foo . When member clicks on the link they are redirected to the login page and I can see in the address bar …/wp-login.php?redirect_to=page_from_email
    However, after member signs in, they are redirected to our homepage rather than redirect_to address. What we need to do to correct this?

    P.S. Looks like we need to replace Private-Only plugin because of vulnerability. Any suggestions that will satisfy our redirect requirements?

    I’m not familiar with the plugin, but given that it’s a privacy plugin I could see it doing something with that redirect url. Does the redirect work with the plugin disabled?

    If we disable plugin and allow full access, there will be no redirect right? member will go straight to the page in link without any interference.
    Another scenario we tested- if we have plugin enabled, and member logged in ahead of time, they go straight to the page when they click on link in email, so WP correctly recognizes them as authenticated.
