In the settings, in the “Page To Redirect to after you confirm email address”, you can redirect it to any page on your site (or even off site).

That’s great but, I have the code in a page which displays the form. When users want to subscribe, they click on a button which takes them to a defined page displaying the form. Once they enter their information and click submit, the page just refreshes. I’d like to have them go back to the home page instead of looking as if their information wasn’t accepted.
I’m really not understanding the question. What is currently in the boxes in Settings > WP Email Capture boxes for the following settings:-
Page to redirect to on sign up (full web address ie: http://www.domain.com/this-page/)
Page to redirect to on confirmation of email address (full web address ie: http://www.domain.com/this-other-page/)
Could you put the home page in that “Page to redirect to on confirmation of email address (full web address ie: http://www.domain.com/this-other-page/)” box?
