Redirect add to cart

Hi guys how to AUTO redirect add to cart button from one shop ( on multisit) to onodher site
https://domain.com/?add-to-cart=(product id) to https://domain.com/1shop/?add-to-cart=(product id).
mybe with : htaccess ? or some plugin.
