Redeeming Gift Card manually

    Hi,
    I received the question from my client how they can manually redeem the gift cards in their store.

    In this thread here you mention that the cashier can navigate to the PW gift cards area on the site’s dashboard and, after locating the customer’s gift card ID, “Click on Adjust Balance button and enter the amount being redeemed for the purchase.”

    We do not seem to have this button in our installation. I couldn’t find any setting either that would enable us to adjust the balance of gift cards. It seems they can only be deleted, but not adjusted. What am I missing?

    Sorry for the confusion, this is a feature that is available in the Pro version only. You can find out more about the Pro version here: https://www.pimwick.com/gift-cards/
