Red square overlay over scroll to top icon

Hello.

With last update I noticed that red square shaped overlay graphic is shown above the icon (as seen in the photo: https://iili.io/FXTjkH7.png” alt=”FXTjkH7.png)

This issue persists regardless of the icon I choose from the settings.

I would like to remove this red overlay for icon to display the same as before update. Thanks for help.
