    Hi there,

Thanks for a great plugin, it’s working beautifully, the counter is growing rapidly.

My only issue is that when I enable the red herring, a “submit comment” button shows up.
I can’t hide it with CSS, since it’s ID is the same as the standard submit button, and I can’t find it in your plugin code to change it’s ID.

Can you tell me where it is please?
    Thanks
    Tom

  • The code is in stop-spammer-registrations.php, just do a search for id=”submit” and you should find it. There are a several places, one for the javascript trap, one of the red herring and a submit button for login.

I made the code exactly the same as the wordpress code in order to misdirect the spammers. The appearance of the submit button is caused by you theme or another plugin styling the submit button as “visible”.
