Our contact form worked as of Jan 27 and not sure when it went down after that. * We have 3 forms on the site, but the basic one is at [http://www.sivclaurier.ca/contact/](http://www.sivclaurier.ca/contact/) * Our host is GoDaddy. I read in some posts about the GoDaddy issue of non-domain related emails so we created a forwarding email with our domain name, however this has not resolved the issue. * The mail settings are: To: `example@example.com` From: [your-name] & Reply To:[ your-email] * It is just a simple form: Your Name (required) [text* your-name] * Your Email (required) [email* your-email] * Subject [text your-subject] * Your Message [textarea your-message] * [submit “Send”] * Help would be appreciated.
