Recurring stripe payment not showing in GiveWP Dashboard

    Hello,

    I’ve setup stripe and paypal to GiveWp and enabled them on my donation form for my website. As a non-profit, it’s very important to keep track of all donations. However, my donor dashboard is not showing recurring payments made through stripe.

    I am able to see all paypal payments and one-time stripe payments. But I am not able to see the auto renewal payments that come in from donors who setup recurring donation using stripe. It simply does not exist on the dashboard, but I know the payments were made because it shows when I check on stripe website.

    I would appreciate any help I can get to have these payments show on my Givewp Dashboard.

    Briefly, the issue is almost certainly related to setting up the Stripe webhook, which is outlined in our documentation at https://givewp.com/documentation/add-ons/recurring-donations/supported-payment-gateways/stripe/

    @benmeredithgmailcom Hey Ben, I followed the webhook instructions, and the recurring payment is showing in the webhook logs, but it is still not showing it on the dashboard.

    I know you mentioned you are not allowed to provide support for this, but if you have any ideas I would appreciate. Regardless, if you can direct me on how I can contact the priority support team I would appreciate it. Thanks.
