    Hi Gopi:
About a month ago I asked about moving the menu to below my header. You kindly responded, and I did as you said – moved the block of code starting with “start website menu” to AFTER “end website header.” I had a problem in that it worked right if I was logged in, but left the menu above the header if not logged in. You said that could not happen, and after clearing the cache, it did work right.
Now I have installed a second site using your theme, and the same problem as above. I even copied the header.php file from the working site to the new site, and still I get the menu in the wrong place if I am not logged in.
I have checked the code [not an HTML person, but this is simple], and without a doubt, the menu code follows after the header code.

I am very confused by this. How can the same header.php file work differently in two places? Is there something else that needs to be changed?
Thank you for your kind assistance,
    George
