Recurring Payments

We sell a box of farm fresh produce to people who live in fresh food deserts. Every week people pay $14 to receive a bag of fresh produce that would cost them $20-$25 in a store. The produce is distributed on specific days like an event. We do this at multiple locations during the week. We would like to be able to sell a weekly series so that people can sign up for a 12 weeks but cancel a week if they wish. We would like customers to be able to make recurring payments, so they get charged every week rather than paying in one lump sum. We would like to be able to cut off ticket sales a few days before the pickup date so that we can order the right amount of produce.
