Recurring payment returns failed in Paypal Pro

We have Paypal Pro and have processed several recurring payments as tests, in the past year. We are not/nor were we in sandbox. Now, we’re setting up ShareASale, so we have to process a small transaction, to verify everything works. When we process, we receive an error.
Error #11586. DPRP is disabled. DPRP is disabled for this merchant. I removed all the tracking and it still won’t process a recurring payment. onevoicefamily.com/orderI can’t imagine what could be wrong but I moved the paypal pro form to a different page and tried again, with the same results. Then, I created another buy it now form and it processes fine, so it’s just the recurring payments.
I contacted Paypal and they can’t ‘see’ the transaction so they escalated it to a higher level to attempt to assist in troubleshooting it. Can someone take a look at my logs to see if it shows what is happening? Where would I send them?
