Recurring events in far future don't recur

Hi!
Kudos for this plugin. Want to use it for a birthday calendar and thus use the recurring events.

I found out that when you set a end date of the recurring event to 1-1-2050, recurring doesn’t work.

When I set it to 1-1-2020, events do recur.

Little bug?
