Recurring events display wrong time

The first instance of the Naturcise event is displaying the correct time (mouseover to view, I’ve set the main div display to display: none). Ensuing instances of the same event are reflecting 4:30PM as the start time though (again, mouseover to view). Nothing seems to change that, including deleting and recreating the event, adjusting all apparent, relative settings, etc.
