  • Can you let us know exactly the steps you’re going through to make the edit? That’ll help us pinpoint where the problem might be.

    Sorry for the late reply. I’m going to “Recurring Events,” clicking on the event in question, scrolling down to where you set the recurrence, where it’s set to montly, click the dropdown and select “Sun.” and then I hit update on the righthand side. It tells me that it’s been updated, but I look down and it’s still on Saturday.

    Thanks. I’m not able to reproduce this – what version of Events Manager and WordPress are you using?

    I’m on WordPress 3.9 and Events Manager 5.5.2 on a local MAMP setup.

    Thanks. It’s possible there’s a Javascript / jQuery clash. To test if that’s the problem, can you try with all other plugins deactivated and while running the default theme?

    Tried that with the 2012, 2013, and 2014 themes, still no effect.

    Did you also deactivate all other plugins?



    Did you try both of those things at the same time, in case there two clashes?

    I deactivated the plugins and changed themes at the same time. Should I go back to the theme I’m working on or reactivate the other plugins now?

    Yes, if that’s not having any effect on the problem.

    What happens if you create a different event? Do you still get similar problems?

    I’ve tried a couple things, one a monthly recurring event, it won’t change the day, much like before. I did a daily one, and was able to convert it to monthly and alternate between days though.
