Would it be possible to have only 1 post for an event that repeats every week? So instead of having seperate posts for every recurrence, just to have one post (like ‘Tuesday at 8 in the Market Center’) that shows up for every week? I would love this, because I have events that are exactly the same every week, and now my database gets bloated with all those separate posts for every recurrence…

  • Do you take bookings for the event, or is it a simple announcement of a weekly event?

Just a simple announcement, without bookings. But it should come up in the search results for every week… Is this possible?

not possible at the moment but maybe you can try something like

    1. Make a ‘master’ event which is not recurring.

    2. Make your recurring set of events or ordinary not recurring events, and in the description use a shortcode like [event event_id=”x”]#_BOOKINGFORM[/event] where x is the event_id of your master event (you can set this recurring event every week)

    This topic isn’t resolved yet!

    @ angelo:

    1. It actually should be recurring… the exact same event is recurring every week on the same day and at the same time. Isn’t it possible to have this as only one post that will be listed for every week?

    2. I don’t use bookings (so neither the bookingform)
