  • Hello,

I had a website hosted by namecheap.com and through namecheap cpanel I would access to my wordpress website which was http://www.readyherbs.eu (which I now wanted to redirect to another domain)
The thing is that I had a backup on my wordpress account and since I forgot to renew the domain I cannot access it anymore. Someone already bought my domain name.
I cannot even access through http://www.readyherbs.eu/wp-panel

I had backup of all the content, in fact it was an e-commerce website and I lost all 🙁

Could you help me please? how could I get my backup?

    thank you!
    Agnieszka

  • Did you contact the host to find out if you files are still there? They should be able to help you access and assign a new url.

I did and I could download some backup but this backup was actually done once my website was no longer working. I had my recent backup on wordpress.

the files they provided me are only visible under linux (and I have windows), thus I cannot see whether it is actually all my e-commerce website.
isn’t there any way to get into my wordpress account?
