Recover blog? Server: crashed, HDD: burnt, no backup.

    Is there a possibility of recovering my blog after a server crash? The HDD is burnt and we did no backup. For me it sounds impossible, but maybe there is someone who has any idea of how I can recover at least some posts from it.

    Is your site hosted on a remote server or locally?

    I’m sorry, I’m not good at technical stuff. The site was hosted on a friend’s server, he hosted another 7 sites too… The thing is he lost everything from the HDD. He’s trying to recover data, but with no success.

    Without a database backup, there is nothing you can do to recover your old blog.
