All recount Activity: Recount lesson completed, Recount topic completed, Recount course completed are not exact.
I created 4 badges: complete a topic, Complete a course, Complete a lesson, Succeed fully pass a quiz
have 103 user completed topic but only 44 user get “complete a topic” badge
Some user not complete course but still get “Complete a course” Badge!
Some user pass a quiz but not get “Succeed fully pass a quiz” Badge

The LearnDash activity recounts take the information directly from each user account
Learndash stores the quizzes, lessons and courses completed, and this is the information that GamiPress uses to award them
When you use the tool, there is a live information about the process like the number of users remaining and also a message letting you know that the process has been finished successfully
Every time you used the tool, have you seen the success message?

The success messages disappear after a few seconds (is something we will change on 1.8.0)
But if any error happens, the error message will persist and don’t will get removed
The users that didn’t got awarded then implies they don’t have assigned on their profiles those quizzes, lessons and courses so for that you may need to contact LearnDash to see what happen with this information

I open Learndash propanel to check, and i have seen some user not complete course, but they got awarded in achievement. I’m waiting for new version.

i update new version 1.1.8 from you released. But some error still appear.
I don’t mention Learndash recount activity, now, i want mention comment activity.
I create a “Common on a post” badge, I use tool “WordPress Recount comments” activity but some user have comment in past, they didn’t get “Common on a post” badge.
I think you should update main plugin GamiPress. Version 1.7.9 (Last updated:2 weeks ago) have some trouble. I love your plugin. When main plugin work well, i will buy some add-on: notification and leaderboard.

I just tested this tool and is working correctly
Actually the tool only counts the comments approved
Probably, there issue could come if your server has a low maximum execution time, the unique way to change this limit is through contact to your hosting provider to increase it

Hi,
We are experiencing the same issue. When we process Recount Activity: Recount quiz completed returns an error: The server has returned an internal error.
Gamipress version is 1.8.2.2.
GamiPress – LearnDash integration version is 1.2.0.
Tested it on two servers – one with max_execution_time set to 300 and the other one set to 10000.
