Is there a way to record a Live Stream so that website users can view it at a later time?

Sorry, the live stream recording should be handled by your streaming server itself and not by our plugin. Which streaming server do you use? Please look into their documentation to know more about this.

Kindly check below if you’re completely new to the Live streaming technology,

I see people often confuse our plugin with a complete live broadcasting technology. Our plugin can play your live feed URL(s) that is delivered in one of the following formats,

    1. HLS
    2. MPEG-DASH

Basically, broadcasting live streams requires a streaming server (Example: Wowza.com), a broadcasting software (Example: Wirecast, OBS) and a Video Player (Example: All-in-One Video Gallery) that plays the stream in your website.

Kindly check https://www.wowza.com/resources/getting-started-streaming-engine for the step by step instructions. Note, our plugin just handles the “3. Play Back” part.

You can also use third-party services like “YouTube”, “Vimeo”, “Facebook”, etc to live stream your content. These services provide a player embed code that you can use to show the stream directly on your website. When you are using these services, you must get the player embed code from these websites and use the “Iframe Embed Code” source type in our plugin’s video form and add it to your website.

    Hope, this helped you!
