Record webcam video from visitors?

Does anyone know of a plugin or something that will simply allow me to record quality webcam video from site visitors, and then download the raw video so I can edit it and re-upload it to youtube, or wherever I want? I saw Riffly but I’m not entirely sure that would work for me…
