 * How might I go about re-starting the numbering of Records IDs?
 * I’ve done so much trouble shooting that I’m up to over 70 records and I’d like
   to start over at 0. Any help much appreciated.

 * The easiest way to do this is to perform a “TRUNCATE” on the database table. 
   That will clear all records and reset the counter. You can do this easily from
   phpMyAdmin or something like that.
