# Record cannot be found

 * I set Lost Private Link ID to be the Record ID, but when I enter the exact Record
   ID and hit submit, it says “A record matching that Record ID cannot be found.”
   This used to work but now it’s not working anymore.

 * I’m not sure what could have gone wrong, this is working in my tests.
 * How do you know what the ID is? Did you upload records using a CSV file? That
   could have changed the ID.
