# Reconnection Issue

 * Hi. I can’t reconnect – it’s showing:
 * “Heads up! You’re ready to migrate to a more secure, reliable Facebook for WooCommerce
   connection. Please click here to reconnect!”
 * When I go through the reconnect it’s not working. It goes through the Facebook
   popup screen – says it’s ready then when I go back to the dashboard it’s still
   showing the message and not displaying my latest products in Facebook. Can you
   help me fix this? Thank you

 * Do any errors appear on the WooCommerce side of things during this process? If
   not, and the connection still doesn’t work, this may be caused by either a conflict
   with your theme or with another plugin.
      The best way to determine this is 
   to:
    - Temporarily switch your theme to [Storefront](https://www.woocommerce.com/storefront/)
    - Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    - Try to complete the connection process again
 * If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then
   you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure
   out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by
