    Hello. I really need help for this confusing case.
    First, when I’m finish install the plugin and connect it to, it stuck at “preparing your website” and no response for almost three hours then I close it (I’m not dare to refresh the page). When I came back to reconnect it, it’s said “your website has ready to go” and it just like you have success connect to (I don’t know how this happened). Then, when I try connect my Twitter account on sharing settings, it said

    “Something which should never happen, happened. Sorry about that. If you try again, maybe it will work.

    Error code: -32601”

    Well, then I check on my dashboard, my website isn’t there listed on “My Sites”. So my question is, anyone know how to disconnect Jetpack from without uninstalling plugin and connect it again ? thank you.

  • So, here it is the problem “”. I already email the team and I don’t know how to change my url site beside from MySQL because my site is WP MU and it don’t allow me to change the url from the network or it’s casual general settings. Please don’t mark it to resolved first, I really need this help. Thank you.

    So, apparently it’s caused by different “Site URL” and “Home URL”, it must be same. and there’s a weird things happened on itself but it goes well now. Thank you the best support!
