Recommendations: Social Network Harmony

Hellow fellow WordPress-ers,

Im looking for some recommendations, opinions, and examples of how you all are integrating your social networks with with WordPress. It can be a WordPress plugin, external service or app, anything really. I just want to make things easier for my WordPress, Facebook and Twitter accounts.

I have seem some posts about setting up auto posting, but it never worked like I hoped. For example, I dont just want a link the picture posted to Facebook, I want it posted on my WordPress account and posted on my Facebook account. For Twitter a link back to wordpress is fine.

So I just really want to gather ideas for some of you that are willing to share your social network setup.
