 * I’m looking for an event calendar/listing plugin that will allow users to add
   events. I’ve been searching through the extend area, but it’s overwhelming. Would
   appreciate recommendations, please.

 * I use Event Manager ([http://davidebenini.it/wordpress-plugins/events-manager/](http://davidebenini.it/wordpress-plugins/events-manager/))
   on one of my sites – I had to hack it a bit to allow users to post their events
   to a “holding” table until a moderator can approve them, but last I checked they
   were planning on incorporating something of that nature.
