 * Hi guys —
 * I was wondering if someone could recommend a good embed video plugin which would
   allow me to host my own videos locally and display them in blog posts. I’ve tried
   searching the forums as well as the plugin repository but can’t seem to find 
   the right tool. Everything there seems to be dedicated to displaying videos from
   other sources.
 * What I need/want to do is host my own content — I just need to find something
   to play them. Format isn’t a major issue. I can convert content to flv or QT 
   as required.
 * Any help or suggestions would be most appreciated.
