Recommend plugin/plugins

I need to make 3 buttons on my site:
The first should ask for an email (button keep me informed)
The second should make appoitment into outlook calendar (button add to my calendar)
The third should popup windw where you put address of a friend and send him url of my page (inform a friend button)
Any suggsetions which plugin/s could do this?
