Recommend Advanced Menu Plugin

Hi,
I’m looking for a way to include a nice menu into the pages of my WP web site.
The site has a primary nav bar across the top.
In additon, I’d like to include submneu items in a sidebar widget for all child pages except home.
So if primary nav contains:
home services products about contact
installation sinks terms
service call showers

when I select services, products, about or contact along the right side in a sidebar widget will be the parent & children menu items (ie for services – would include services, installation & service call).

Then instead of breadcrumbs, I’d like the menu to show you visually where it is.

Yes, I know i want the sun, moon & stars!
