Recipe text color

Hello I’ve made some changes to my website recently and something I’ve done (not sure what) has changed the text color on the recipes to white. The background is white so now the recipe can’t be seen 🙁

I know you can edit the css in the templates but nothing I’ve done so far has managed to change the text color back to black so that it can be seen.

Can anyone help me, please?
