Recipe Template–Custom Fields, Custom Post?

Goal: Want people to be able to submit recipes (through Gravity Forms form) that will appear on blog as posts (easily done through GForms), in a formatted manner.

Issue: How do I go about this…create custom fields? Then a custom post template that utilizes the custom fields? Or how and where do I format (add CSS styling) to the custom fields? I am utterly confused. Please tell me how to do this.

1) I create a custom field, like, say, a list for ingredients

2) Where do I control how and where above custom field appears?
