Recipe from old post appearing on a new one

I am trying to write a new post, with a new recipe. It should be [amd-zlrecipe-recipe:158]. However, no matter what I do, once I start entering the new recipe, and save anything, it changes to [amd-zlrecipe-recipe:48]. The new recipe is for meatballs, and it’s showing an older recipe for a frittata (eggs). I tried changing the number manually, but it wouldn’t stick. I tried to copy it over, but that changed the existing recipe.
