 * Hello. You have option to create tags for course, cuisine etc. using the Tag 
   Manager feature. i.e. – when you create or edit a recipe using the plugin you’ll
   see a “Tag Manger” button below where you enter ingredients. Click this to open
   tag manager to add tags for the recipe.
 * Is this what you’re referring to? Other than that you handle post tags through
   WordPress for recipe categories. Some themes provide the capability to create
   recipe categories as well. I don’t know of any recipe plugin that does this.

 * When I use that option it is showing course and cuisine in the bottom I expect
   below or above the timings.
