    Hello,

    How to activate the sent of the email please ?

    I have customer a email and choose it on the email mapping but I don’t receive the email during a new order.

    Moreover, with the test email on some email address that’s works but on others address email they don’t reveive ce email test.

    can you help me please ?

    We are a little bit unclear about your exact update. What we understood is while sending the test email with some email IDs the mails are not getting received. And for some of the email IDs, the mails are getting received. If so, can you please share us with the email IDs in which you are facing the issue?

    Yes some email test don’t work with for exemple the addresse mail lenamoreau7@gmail.com and valletinformatique44@gmail.com

    And when I do in real an order, on none adresse email that’s work, I don’t receive the email.

    Can you please check whether you have received the email in your spam folder or not?

    Further, we have also sent a test email to the mentioned email addresses from our test site. Can you please verify whether you have received the email or not?
