# Recent Woocommerce issues

    I’ve just suddenly noticed issues with woocommerce as a customer could not
   get beyond the billing page and purchase a product. Luckily she contacted me 
   and was prepared to try again but was only successful if she created an account–
   I have allowed guest checkouts so this should not be necessary? This happened
   again on mobile but when I tested it again on a different device, I could only
   proceed if I ticked deliver to a different address on the shipping page (& entered
   the same address). If this was not ticked (default) I could not click next. I’ve
   also noticed that despite the right page being selected for Terms & Conditions
   it shows page not found & an error. I don’t understand why as the privacy policy
   works but T&C’s don’t? This is set up correctly in customise>woocommerce>checkout
   And in one of the product pages where there are a few reviews I can not edit 
   more than the first few. When I click on show more reviews it just repeats the
   reviews already shown. Any assistance with these issues would be much appreciated.

   Copy for support”. 
 * Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

 * Thanks for sharing a screenshot of your Accounts & Privacy settings and your 
   System Status Report.
 * Your settings are correct and customers should be able to checkout without creating
   an account. The point is that when you’re in the Billing section on checkout 
   it doesn’t proceed further to the Shipping section when you hit the Next button.
 * This could be likely caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
 * Make a backup first and update all your plugins. Test if it’s working. If the
   issue persists the best way to determine if there is conflict is to:
    - Temporarily switch your theme to [Storefront](https://www.woocommerce.com/storefront/)
    - Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    - Repeat the action that is causing the problem
 * If you’re not seeing the same behavior after completing the conflict test, then
   you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated.
 * Reactivate the theme first and check again. Then, go on and reactivate your other
   plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.

 * Hi there
    I’ve set up a staging site [https://staging6.plyt.co.uk/](https://staging6.plyt.co.uk/)
   and switched to storefront and disabled all plugins except for woocommerce as
   recommended, but I can not proceed and there is still an error as there are no
   shipping options available? I’ve tried adding in the woocommerce advanced shipping
   options and shipping zones but that doesn’t do anything and I still have the 
   error message. I have deactivated these again and there is only storefront and
   woocommerce active now. All advice gratefully received. Thanks in advance
