Recent products error,after update. Only 2 product instead of 3 in a row.

I have a little problem on my site and I still couldn’t find any solution.(Website URL http://hungarianembroidery.net/) I am using WordPress 4.0.Yesterday I updated the theme Wootique to 1.6.10, WooFramework to 6.0.4 WooCommerce to 2.2.4 since then on the home page, on the product category page and on the product page there is only 2 product in a row instead of the original 3.
