Recent Posts Question!

Hey everyone!

I know there’s a php command to call most recent topics posted.

Question 1:I was wondering if I can call most recent topic for only a certain category.
Question 2:Also, I was wondering if it’s possible to have that same category not show any of it’s updates unless you click on the specific category.
