# Recent posts plugin

 * I found a plugin that will show recent posts in the right sidebar. The directions
   say to save it in the plugins folder but it is in code. Do i:
    create a file 
   on my desktop and then upload it into the plugins?
 * I know it is probably a stupid question but I am totally new at WP. I appreciate
   any help.

 * if you are using wp 2.5.1 then you dont need a plugin to show recent posts in
   the sidebar. thats already a widget in your widget section of the admin.
