Recent Posts Not Working. What's Wrong?

My recent posts isn’t working. Well it is working, but it looks weird. It just has a blue bar and there isn’t anything listed on the bar. I can click on it and it will take me to the appropriate page, but it doesn’t say “Read More” on it and looks weird. What do I do? Is there a problem with my coding?
