Recent posts, before those on index

Hello everyone

i am looking for a way to show recent posts, but exclude those who are on frontpage.

I have 5 entries on blogpage and 5 links in recent-posts list, which is a bit dull to me since the visitors are already viewing them thus no need to link two times..

so i thought it would be better if i provide links to posts which are before these 5 on blogpage .. it’s some sort of “older recent posts”..

any ideas on how to achieve this ?
