# Recent Post Plugin

 * Hi,
 * I want to display recent posts on my static home page and have installed and 
   activated the _recent-posts-plugin_, and also the required _post-plugin-library_.
 * I have also added it to my _widget_ menu.
 * However, the installation instructions says that I need to insert <?php recent_posts();?
   > in to my template where I want it to appear.
 * I get lost at this point and do not know where to begin to get my recent posts
   to appear on my static home page.
 * Could some one kindly talk me through it in a very simple layman’s step by step
   process as I am not experienced with this type of editing?

    If your theme supports widgets, assuming the plugin that makes that widget
