Recent email did not send, and no error showed up

Recently an email was completely “skipped” by the plugin. It registered as being sent in my Mail Logs inside the WordPress Dashboard. BUT – it never actually sent. Mailgun doesn’t show anything about this email in their logs. Emails before and after have been successful, so I don’t know what has caused an issue with this isolated incident. But this is really concerning because it was an Order Notification, so we were not notified that an order was placed, and thus did not fulfill the order. Naturally, this leads to an unhappy customer. Really not good for business. If we can’t rely on emails being sent and no errors appearing when they fail, we can’t really rely on this plugin.
