    at http://www.mcdonaldsalesandmarketing.biz, after the recent download I have been having numerous operability problems mostly within suffusion options with 3.7.7:

    I can’t change the background color

    The themes option runs a script that supposedly will slow down my computer if I don’t stop it

    New to Word press, not sure how to solve these problems, optimize the updates leading to a great experience

    Please advise. Thanks, Tom McDonald

    Are you using IE for your browser?

    When I use IE, the script always does that, but in another browser, it works perfectly

    yes I use IE (version 8), but it just started happening (didn’t do before)

    I tagged this thread, the author of that theme is very active and helpful. Hopefully he will come by soon and offer more assistance.

    I’ve always had the problem, but I only use IE at work. So I just end the script, which hasn’t seemed to cause any problems. It is a bit of a pain, but normally I use firefox at home

    IE does cause issues (even with old versions on certain installations), but only on admin pages, which are not seen by your users. This should work perfectly on other browsers though, and even on IE after caching this should be fine.

    I will be rolling back some of the JavaScript changes so that things don’t take so long in the future.
