# Recent Comments

 * Hey what a cool plugin. All I had to do was install the puppy and no code was
   needed to be placed un my theme template. It just appeared. Anyway… it posts 
   the Username and then a little teaser of the comment. Is there a way to get the
   username and the title of the post the comment was made on instead of seeing 
   the actual comment. Then people can see what post is being commented on and they
   can go over and click on the title of the post in the sidebar to get there.
 * Any ideas? Thanks

   is my blog url. Sidebar on the right shows the most recent comments. I will see
   if I can remember where I downloaded the plugin…

 * At least of them (recent comment plug-ins) was hammering really hard on the database/
   server and was leading to warning or banishment from Dreamhost. Be warned… know
   your poison (extension).

 * I don’t see anything in the readme file that would allow you to do what you asked.
   You will have to search for similar plugins, maybe one of them would be able 
   to do what you want. (or, tweak the plugin, if you are comfortable with code)

 * I use that plugin, and from when I ran several of those to test queries, it runs
   fine though as schestowitz says some are bad.
    Anyway, look in the plugin: `$
   comment_style = 2)` that can be 1 or 2 Try both ?
