    Hi there,

    I hope you are well.

    Our Facebook Pixel is telling us that we are receiving purchase events without prices, receiving 894 instances of this over the last month.

    Also, when visiting the diagnostics tab, it says we are receiving Invalid AddToCart Value Parameters. Apparently 1465 instances of this.

    Note that we run a multisite consisting of 3 subsites, all using Pixel Caffeine.

    Hi,

    this seems an issue of the version up to 2.1.3 of Pixel Caffeine with the latest version of WooCommerce, that I fixed in 2.1.4.

    Please, make sure you are using the 2.1.4 version of Pixel Caffeine and keeping it in mind if you had already updated Pixel Caffeine recently especially after the date of the errors.

    Also, I navigated in your website and I didn’t notice anything wrong.

    Hi Antonino,

    Thank you for getting back to me.

    I can confirm we are using the latest version of Pixel Caffeine and these issues have been happening even though it’s updated to 2.1.4.

    However, I am noticing that the problem appears to only happen on pages that are part of a step by step checkout. i.e. customers move from one page to the next as they pick out accessories and add to cart.

    Any idea why we are getting the ‘Invalid AddToCart Value Parameter’ on these product pages?

    Hi,

    thank you for pointing me to an URL where I can see the issue.

    It seems you are using an extension that changes the structure of the markup, so the plugin cannot gather the right data from the HTML.

    Here a fixed version of the plugin that you can replace in your website in order to have AddToCart working on your website. Just download the zip from the following link and upload it on your website from Plugins > Add New > Upload plugin, then replace the existing plugin: https://www.dropbox.com/s/z02k45wukhlsis4/pixel-caffeine.2.1.4.fix-wpsp-product.zip?dl=0

    Hello again,

    Thank you so much for providing the tweaked plugin!

    However, I’ve network activated this on our multisite, run some tests, but unfortunately the AddToCart errors are still showing up.

    apologize for the delay with my response.

    I checked your website and I see the AddToCart event firing properly now: https://snipboard.io/5EsrvD.jpg

    Have you fixed already? Otherwise, you saw the error yet because of the cache which must be flushed and, now that I’m seeing, it’s flushed.
