I am very concerned because I just had a customer tell me they did not complete the PayPal process, yet they received their order from me anyway. I checked my PayPal account and there was no payment from this person. Yet, this customer was put through to the 'Orders' page of my site and showed as being paid 'Via PayPal'.
Why would this happen? Has anyone else experienced this? Does WooCommerce not have the ability to recognize if a person does not complete the PayPal process? I am alarmed about this because it may have happened before and I just assumed the customer had completed the PayPal process since WooCommerce said they did.
